Z+F UK have today announced the launch of a new LFM NetView 'User Experience' domain where fully functioning LFM NetView projects can be accessed online.

LFM NetView is an easy to use web-based application which allows users to access, review and mark-up laser scan data remotely via the unique "BubbleView" interface.

LFM NetView 1.1 Launched
In accordance with our continual development policy, LFM NetView 1.0 has been improved further with the release of LFM NetView 1.1. New features ensure full colour support of laser scan data, they allow for improved navigation, enhanced security and improved measurement and annotation tools.

Z+F UK Showcase LFM Server 3.94 and SmartPlant 3D Interface at Intergraph 2009
Visitors to this year's Intergraph 2009 event in Washington D.C. were able to see live demonstrations before anyone else of the latest software releases from Z+F UK including LFM Server 3.94.

LFM Server 3.94 Launched
The release of LFM Server 3.93 saw the introduction of the powerful new Exact Clashing feature which checks for interferences between the existing condition and the proposed CAD design.

LFM Server 3.94 continues the software evolution by allowing the user to load multiple databases simultaneously. Complimenting this feature, is a flexible demolition tool which allows unwanted data to be rapidly selected and removed from the project workspace. A number of important new CAD links are also introduced.

Z+F UK Introduce the Latest in Laser Scanning Technology to Attendees at Geo-09 & XCES
Z+F UK recently sponsored Geo-09 and XCES, two of the biggest surveying exhibitions in the UK. XCES 2009 was the first event of its kind organised by The Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors whilst Geo-09 has been running for some years now.

Both provided visitors with an opportunity to learn about the latest developments in laser scanning from Z+F UK.

IMAGER® 5006EX Launched
Based on the high quality laser scanner Z+F IMAGER® 5006, Zoller+Froehlich GmbH and DMT GmbH & Co. KG have developed the first explosion proof laser scanner. The IMAGER® 5006EX revolutionises surveying in explosive atmospheres, for example in underground mining and chemical plants.

Following extensive development work, the link between LFM Server and AutoCAD 2009 is now available. It contains many enhancements over the existing AutoCAD links.

Intergraph's annual conference for the Process, Power & Marine industries in UK & Ireland was held at the CBI Conference Centre in London. The theme of Intergraph 2008 was one of improving performance through automation, interoperability and collaboration.

Z+F UK sponsored and attended the event in order to show their continued support for Intergraph and to demonstrate to delegates how this collaboration can benefit Intergraph CAD / Review and LFM users alike.

In 2008 15,000 experts from every continent attended INTERGEO, once again demonstrating the exhibition to be an important international event and trade fair for geodesy, geo-information and land management applications.

Z+F's well attended stand at INTERGEO 2008 managed to impress both existing customers and other interested visitors. The high attendance was also evident of how fast 3D Laser scanning is developing and the important position that we hold in this market.

Z+F UK in association with Hi-Cad recently hosted its LFM Usergroup 2008 in Houston, Texas.

The LFM Usergroup conference is an important venue in the Process and Power industry where engineering IT users and industry professionals, focused on the use of 3D laser scanning data, are able to meet in order to resolve real world challenges.
